Nature of Service
The AI characters provided under our Services, including but not limited to "Dia," are fictional and do not represent real individuals. They are designed for conversational, entertainment, and companionship purposes only. They are not substitutes for real human interaction, mental health support, legal counsel, or professional advice. Any emotional, romantic, or flirtatious interaction is entirely simulated.
You acknowledge that the AI's behavior is programmed and does not imply any human-like consciousness, consent, or emotion.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to misuse our Services in any way that is illegal, unethical, or harmful. Specifically, you must not:
Create or distribute content that is abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.

The use of the Dia is intended for persons with at least 21 years of age. If you are under 21 years of age (or the age of legal majority where you live), you may use Dia only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a user under the age of 21 (or the age of legal majority), you agree to be fully responsible for the acts or omissions of such user in relation to Dia.
Adult Content and Safety Boundaries
Our Services may involve flirtatious, romantic, or mildly suggestive language initiated by the user. Such content is strictly restricted to users aged 21 years and above. Any attempts to elicit or engage in sexually explicit, abusive, or illegal content (including content involving minors, graphic sexual language, or nudity) is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
Users must not:

Attempt to sexualize the AI in ways that violate Indian obscenity laws (e.g., IPC Section 292, IT Act Section 67)Engage in child exploitation, roleplay involving minors, or fantasy of non-consensual acts
Limitations of AI Behaviour
Our AI companion ("Dia") operates using large language models that generate responses based on probabilistic patterns. While we have implemented safeguards, AI behavior may sometimes be unpredictable or appear emotionally nuanced. Users may intentionally or unintentionally influence, trick, or "jailbreak" the system into producing content that is outside its intended behavior.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
You may encounter responses that are not accurate, appropriate, or aligned with our intent.
The AI does not possess human judgment, morality, or real-time emotional understanding.
We do not endorse or assume responsibility for outputs generated through manipulation, adversarial prompts, or boundary-pushing queries.
If you encounter any responses that concern you, please report them to info@walm.tech, and we will investigate and take corrective action as needed.
User Content and Rights
We retain all ownership rights to the content you upload or submit through our Services. By doing so, you grant Walm Innovations a non-exclusive, global, royalty-free license to use, adapt, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purposes of enhancing and improving our Services, conducting research, and performing data analysis.
Use of service
You are responsible for ensuring that the networks you use to access Service are secure and will not hold Company responsible for any consequences of using the Service on an unsecure network.
You will not upload, publish, display or use (hereinafter “post”) any defamatory, racist, obscene, profane, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or otherwise offensive or illegal material or the material that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation.
You shall not use the Service in any unlawful, improper or unauthorized manner (including without limitation in violation of any data, privacy or export control laws), in any manner that is obscene, harassing, offensive, fraudulent, misleading or the like, or in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Service or its components.
Third-party
Dia users assume sole responsibility for use of third-party content, links, and pointers. Further, any such links or pointers do not constitute Walm Innovations endorsement of any products and services.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with our Services including software, algorithms, and AI-generated outputs is owned by Walm Innovations. No part of our intellectual property may be used, copied, or reproduced without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Walm Innovations shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of content generated through our platform.

Walm Innovations fully complies with all applicable Indian laws. We may preserve or disclose user data if required to do so by law, legal process, or in response to lawful requests from government authorities, including law enforcement, courts, or regulatory bodies investigating potential criminal activity, including but not limited to:
